Executive OnBoarding
A program that takes an individual newcomer’s personal characteristics into account and encourages proactive behaviors that will help that executive be more successful in:

- gaining the necessary information about corporate history and culture to adapt more quickly with effective behavior patterns and to gain organizational commitment sooner;
- create early wins to build team confidence.

Six Month and One Year Coaching Programs

Assessment Tools
An extensive toolbox of standardized assessments that require interpretation by a qualified coach. Some of these tools are:
- 360° Feedback:
A tool where executives are provided perspectives from themselves and others (including their boss, peers, direct reports, customers, and/or suppliers) in an objective, non-threatening, confidential manner that offers important data for self-reflection and self-awareness, plus assists in identifying individual development needs and action items.
- Conflict Dynamics Profile:
This profile is an assessment instrument dealing with conflict behaviors in the workplace. The tool provides a powerful way to improve self-awareness of what triggers conflict in individuals as well as how they respond to conflict. Based on these triggers and responses, the Conflict Dynamics Profile then provides practical approaches for improving behaviors that promote more effective workplace conflict resolution.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ):
Nobody questions the importance of emotional intelligence to career or performance success. Research over the last 20 years indicates that EQ accounts for 15% - 45% of success on a job compared to a person’s IQ, which is said to account for 6% of success on a job. Furthermore, EQ directly relates to performance and bottom line success.
- Firo-B:
The Firo-B is a powerful tool used for understanding and improving human relations in teams, towards the culture, and in dyadic relationships. The way individuals relate to one another reveals information about the individual unique set of interpersonal wants and needs. This instrument measures a key element of “Emotional Intelligence,” the ability to read interpersonal situations and interact for mutually rewarding results. It’s an excellent instrument to use in team building workshops or leadership coaching.

An invaluable tool that helps improve leadership, customer service, sales, team relationships, and individual productivity skills.
- OPQ 32 Integrated Premium Leadership and Development Planner Report:
OPQ32 provides valuable information on 32 behavioral characteristics that relate to success factors in today's world of work. The report summarizes the leader’s preferred style or typical way of behaving on a range of competencies. The OPQ32 is the world’s most defensible personality questionnaire designed specifically for the occupational market. Leading organizations have used this tool to make better decisions as part of a standardized development or selection process by achieving better person-job fit. Includes a comprehensive analysis of a candidate in the “promotion or recruitment pool” about their behavior and attributes in relation to leadership, management, team roles, and style towards direct reports in six separate but integrated documents: OPQ32 Profile; User Report; Manager's Report; Candidate Report; Management Competency Profile; and Team Type, Leadership Style, and Emotional Intelligence.
- Strong Interest Inventory:
(Note: Strong Interest Inventory is a registered trademark of Stanford University Press.) Based on the most widely used model of career development, helps leaders explore what are the natural interests in their lives and how these interests align with their self perceived skills. An excellent tool for development planning that is aligned with a leader’s emerging interests.
- Work Profile System:
The Work Profiling System is a computerized job analysis expert system database. Refined over the past twenty years in the analyses of hundreds of jobs across all industry sectors, WPS brings speed and rigor to the process of understanding a job and the human attributes needed to accomplish it. The WPS provides defensible support for critical organizational decisions and processes including employee selection, training design, succession planning, employee development, and performance improvement.
